Important Notice – Management Contract Termination

On June 9, 2025, Dowgal Community Association Services (DCAS) formally notified the Brigadoon Homeowners’ Association of our decision to terminate the management agreement. The final day of management services will be July 9, 2025.

This decision was made after careful consideration and reflects a recognition that Brigadoon’s preference for a self-managed structure does not align with the systems and services DCAS provides. We believe this change is in the best interest of all parties.  We will no longer be accepting new ACH forms and will be cancelling all future autopayments. All communications of official business between the Board and our office will be preserved for records requests.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and orderly transition and have offered to work directly with a board-designated representative to transfer all necessary records and responsibilities prior to the termination date.

DCAS was not able to fully complete all our typical onboarding processes since we have terminated after just 39 days.  We will work with all homeowners as needed for any statements on their account during our period of management.  DCAS extends its sincere appreciation to the residents of Brigadoon for the opportunity to serve your community. We wish the Association continued success in its future management efforts.

For any questions regarding your account prior to July 9, please continue to use the Contact Us form on this page.

Please be advised: As of June 30th, DCAS will no longer be accepting payments for Brigadoon HOA or approving new website registrations. Please direct any questions regarding payments and website access to the new property management company, Wise Property Management: 813-968-5665.
