What's New in Brigadoon on Lake Heather?

  • Brigadoon owners can now Register using the link in the upper left corner above if using a desktop or clicking the gray user icon and selecting Register on mobile devices!  Please allow 1 business day to review and process your registrations.
  • Dowgal Community Association Services (DCAS) is excited to be working with the Brigadoon on Lake Heather Homeowners Association and all of it’s members and residents!  This site is currently being developed by our staff and you’ll soon be able to navigate a comprehensive menu to find all the information you may need, as well as make payments on your account.  This site will be fully functional by May 1st, our first official day of management!  The Contact Us form is already available should you need to reach us!
  • We anticipate a lot of calls and questions regarding Management Transition. If you’re unable to reach us due to high call volume, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and we will return your calls as soon as possible in the order they are received. Online payments are now available! Once you’ve registered, click on the Members tab, then Online Payments.

*For automatic payments, please download and print this form, and mail to the above address. DCAS needs to have a physical copy on file.

Regarding Account Statements:

The outgoing Management Company will not transfer files to DCAS until May 1st, which may hinder DCAS’s ability to produce statements. Please expect delays during the first week of May.

*There will be no late fees charged as a result of these delays as it pertains to Management Transition.

Hillsborough County News:

Hillsborough County is a participating community in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Furthermore, since October of 1992, the County has taken advantage of the opportunity to participate in the NFIP’s Community Rating System, or CRS. The CRS program incentivizes communities to go above and beyond minimum standards to implement best practices that better protect the community from flooding.
